Club Italiano Collezionist Tharghe Incendio Annual Congress
Vítor Alegria, co-author of the book “CHAPAS” Heraldries of Insurance Companies accepts the invitation of Giorgio Casari, president of Club Italiano Collezionisti Targhe Incendio, and presents the book at the annual congress of Italian fire marks collectors, in the city of Parma, Italy .
There was an opportunity to learn about the model and purpose of the event, the actions taken, to meet collectors of fire insurance plates (targhe) and Vito Platania, author of the book “Le Targhe Incendio in Italia” and other works.
At this event, which was chaired by Giorgio Casari, Vítor Alegria announced his intention to found in Portugal the CHAPAS-Clube História e Acervo Português do Seguro.
