Launch of the book “CHAPAS” Heraldry of Insurance Companies, authored by Vítor Alegria and José Pousinho Henriques, with photography by Carlos Barata.
The book “CHAPAS” Heraldry of Insurance Companies resulted from a challenge made by Carlos Marques, president of STAS – Trade Union of the Workers of Insurance Activity, to the three mentioned insurance professionals, to carry out a documentary work on the collection of insurance plates of this institution.
During the course of the work, for the materialization of this book, it was possible to have access to other insurance plate collections in Portugal, which allowed enriching the edition that had its launching on March 30th, at Grémio Literário, in Lisbon.
